About us
Family Business Club is a student initiative within TUM, aimed at all students interested in family businesses. Our role is to offer you the opportunity to get in touch with established companies and meet inspiring personalities. In doing so, mutual exchange is just as important to us as the pursuit of knowledge and shared experiences.

Family businesses navigate between tradition and progress, balancing family ties with entrepreneurial foresight. They think in generations, shaping markets through consistency and innovation. Their specialized knowledge and long-term strategies often make them niche leaders, even if not always in the spotlight.

Family businesses operate in a dynamic field of tension between tradition and progress, family ties and entrepreneurial foresight. They think in generations rather than quarters and shape markets with consistency and innovative strength. With their specialized know-how and long-term strategy, they are often leaders in their niche, even if their successes are not always in the spotlight.
