Upcoming application cycle for winter semester 25/26
The application phases for the Family Business Club are divided into semester cycles. The next application cycle begins in the winter semester of 2025/26. The application process is divided into three steps: application , interviews , and onboarding for new members.

Core Member IT
Do you want to actively shape the IT structures and processes of the Family Business Club? Then become part of our core team and take responsibility for our newly created IT & Digital Infrastructure department.
This role offers a unique opportunity to help build a new area from the ground up and to contribute your own ideas.
Your tasks:

Setting up and maintaining a self-hosted website

Further development and optimization of our Notion workspace

Core Member Partner Management

As a People Core Member, you are the heart of our community. You ensure that our members feel comfortable, connect, and become active – from the initial contact to their long-term commitment to the club.
Your tasks:

Direct exchange with members to promote engagement

Core Member Event Management
Do you want to organize exciting company visits, provide exclusive insights into family businesses, and create unforgettable club events?
Then join the Family Business Club's core team and lead our events department. As a Core Team Member for Events, you will be the central point of contact for planning and executing our events. You will work closely with our events department and coordinate joint activities.
Your tasks:

Organization and coordination of company visits in consultation with our partner and family businesses.

Coordination with speakers regarding topics, schedule and organization of our workshops

Planning our monthly get-togethers and special events (e.g. Oktoberfest or ski trip)

Coordination and support of the Events Department

Core Member Marketing
Do you love bringing creative ideas into the world?
As a Marketing Core Member, you are the voice of the Family Business Club. You develop campaigns, create content for our social media channels, and work on the external perception of our network. Your goal: to communicate our vision and inspire new members and partners for the club.
Your tasks:

Conception and implementation of social media content (e.g. on LinkedIn & Instagram)

Website maintenance and newsletter support

Co-creation of our brand identity

Collaboration with other teams for events and collaborations
